Making Macaroni

Today during our home econs lesson, we made macaroni.We were first thought how to on the stove. Then we had to boil some water in the saucepan. While waiting for the water to boil, we cut chicken, garlic, carrot and mushroom. We put those ingredients in the saucepan to cook.We added some seasoning, like salt, pepper and soya sauce. After we had finished cooking, we scooped the macaroni into 2 bowls, one for us each.We then garnished it with parsley. This is our end product :D

What we learnt

So far we have learnt about the browning of light coloured fruits and why does it turn brown. We have also learnt about the food pyramid and the different food groups. We had made a food salad which consist of pineapples, apples and papayas during our 2nd home econs lesson :)
